Our Return Policy

Meat & Perishable Items

Perishable goods, including all meat products, must be returned within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. All such returns and exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of management. If Approved returns will be processed as a store credit via gift card, which shall not expire.

Gift Cards & Alcohol

Gift card & Alcohol sales, all sales are final.

Pre-Orders & Future Order Deposits

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Pre-orders with a designated pick-up date less than 48 hours from the time of order placement are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel a pre-order within the eligible 48-hour window, your refund will be issued as an e-gift certificate sent to the email address used for the order, or as a physical gift card if the cancellation is made in-store. All gift cards issued for pre-order cancellations never expire and can be used for any in-store or online purchase. All pre-orders must be picked up within 7 days of the selected pick-up date; otherwise, the terms outlined under "Future Order Deposits" will apply.

Future Order Deposits

Deposits made for future orders are non-refundable unless The Block & Cleaver is unable to fulfill your order. Once your order is ready, you'll have 7 calendar days from the date of notification to the phone number provided at the time of deposit to pick it up and pay the remaining balance. If your order isn't picked up and paid in full within these 7 calendar days, The Block & Cleaver reserves the right to resell or dispose of the product without compensation to the customer.

Grocery

Unopened grocery items may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund to the original form of payment. Opened grocery items are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase

All returns require a valid receipt. In the absence of a receipt, the original form of payment may be presented for transaction lookup. Cash sales necessitate a physical receipt for any return or exchange eligibility. Returns without verifiable proof of purchase will not be accepted.
